申小勤，素兰居主人，1957 年出生于书香家庭，六岁习书画。进修于清华大学美术学院大写意花鸟研修班、中国艺术研究院写意画院创作研修班;国画作品受到多国单位收藏;摄影作品入展多个国际摄影节和作品展。在中国的艺术舞台上，她以其别具一格的绘画风格和深邃无边的艺术意境，成为了独树一帜的艺术名家。

　　Shen Xiaoqin, the owner of Sulan Residence, was born in 1957 into a scholarly family and studied calligraphy and painting at the age of six. Studied in the freehand flower and bird training program at the Academy of Fine Arts, Tsinghua University, and the creative training program at the freehand art academy of the Chinese Academy of Art; Chinese painting works have been collected by multiple national institutions;Photography works have been exhibited at multiple international photography festivals and exhibitions.
