　　王宝亮，艺名金云，男，1968 年 3 月生，河北张家口人。自幼酷爱书画艺术，中国吉祥书画创始人，国家一级美术师，世界杰出华人艺术家。

　　1999 年，独创了一种特殊绘画技法，取名《吉祥书画》。

　　吉祥书画，构思独特，技法传奇，巧妙答配，完美组合，包罗万象，内藏玄机，神秘莫测，寓意吉祥，它是美好和喜庆的像征更是美学与艺术的价值体现，盛世精品，吉祥书画走向世界。

　　2003 年，作品《马到成功》入编《中华当代书画宝典》，由中国民族摄影艺术出版社出版，并荣获金奖证书和入编资格证书。

　　2003 年至 2014 年，一直在北京从事书画教育工作。

　　2015 年，王宝亮作品通过中国文化管理协会艺术品市场管理委员会专家组鉴定，评定吉祥书画市场价值为：16000 元每平尺。

　　2016 年，王宝亮作品入编《漫话古堡洗马林》一书。

　　2018 年，吉祥书画代表作《麒麟献瑞图》《福寿》在北京市正阳美术馆展出，国内多家媒体报道;同年，任 CCTV 央视星光大道万全站海选特约嘉宾;参加“中国梦，一带一路”全国书画大赛，荣获“金奖艺术家”荣誉称号;参加中秋《水墨杯》全国书画征文大赛，荣获“最佳水墨字创意精英奖”;在北京参加迎新春共和国将军与书画家联谊会，荣获“公益大使”荣誉称号。

　　2018 年，纪念中国改革开放四十周年，王宝亮的15 幅精品之作，连同一枚王宝亮肖像美国邮票，在世界四国(美国、法国、荷兰、比利时)向全球发行邮票，一同发行邮票的还有世界巨星成龙，原央视主持人赵忠祥、倪萍，影视明星唐国强、姜昆，书画界名人何家英等艺术大家，由联合国世界非物质文化遗产保护基金会和美国集邮集团联合出品。同年，纪念中法建交 54 周年，王宝亮 10 幅精品之作发行珍藏版邮折。

　　2018 年，参加全国第一届翰墨杯诗书画大奖赛，荣获特别金奖、奖杯、证书、奖牌及美术艺术领军人物奖、荣誉证书。

　　2019 年，王宝亮被评为全国“弘扬艺术，德艺双馨艺术家”荣誉称号;同年，吉祥书画通过世界文化艺术研究中心非物质文化遗产保护专业委员会专家鉴定，市 场 价 值 为 26000–50000 元每平尺，且通过ISQ9000A 艺术体系资质认证。

　　2019 年 6 月，庆祝中华人民共和国成立 70 周年，王宝亮精品之作 12 幅在国内发行邮票，含一枚王宝亮肖像邮票，由国家邮政总局特批北京邮票印刷厂印制。

　　2019 年底，吉祥书画被收录到书画艺术从业者人才库。

　　2020 年春，王宝亮在百度创建个人艺术官网;同年，与藏艺网合作创建个人网络艺术馆。

　　2020 年 6 月，加入北京京华阁艺术商城，建立网上书画艺术作品销售平台。

　　2020 年 5 月，王宝亮作品在香港国际艺术中心展出;同月，全国两会人民代表报冠名刊登书画名家王宝亮献礼两会作品展示，荣获“全国两会重点推荐人民艺术家”荣誉称号。

　　2020 年，任 CCTV 中国中央电视台特邀嘉宾;参加中国世纪大采风年度总结大会、CCTV 电视人物颁奖盛典特邀嘉宾，活动于 9 月 29 日在中央电视台总台星光影视园星光大道演播大厅举行。会上，王宝亮接受中央电视台专访，介绍吉祥书画发展历程、前景，及自身艺术成就与业界评价;其吉祥书画四幅作品入编《采风中国》一书。

　　2020 年 8 月，由中华人民共和国文化部原副部长、国家博物馆首任馆长潘震宙亲笔提名《中国艺术家》一书王宝亮作品专辑，含精品代表作二十余幅，由北京京华阁书画院发行。

　　2020 年 9 月，纪念香港回归 20 周年，王宝亮作品在国内发行港澳邮票。

　　2020 年 10 月，王宝亮吉祥书画作品通过国家邮政局向全国发行新年贺岁明信片，深受艺术界高度好评。

　　Wang Baoliang, stage name Jin Yun, male, born in March 1968, from Zhangjiakou, Hebei Province. I have had a passion for calligraphy and painting since childhood. I am the founder of Chinese auspicious calligraphy and painting, a national first-class artist, and an outstanding Chinese artist in the world.

　　In 1999, a unique painting technique was created and named "Lucky Calligraphy and Painting".

　　Auspicious calligraphy and painting, with unique ideas,legendary techniques, clever matching, perfect combination, covering all aspects, containing mysterious and unpredictable secrets, symbolizing auspiciousness. It is not only a symbol of beauty and joy, but also a reflection of aesthetic and artistic value. It is a masterpiece of the prosperous era, and auspicious calligraphy and painting have gone global.

　　In 2003, the work 'Success on horseback' was included in the compilation of 'Chinese Contemporary Calligraphy and Painting Encyclopedia', published by China National Photography Art Publishing House, and won the gold award certificate and inclusion qualification certificate.I have been engaged in calligraphy and painting education in Beijing from 2003 to 2014.

　　In 2015, Wang Baoliang's works were appraised by the expert group of the Art Market Management Committee of the China Cultural Management Association, and the market value of auspicious calligraphy and painting was evaluated as 16000 yuan per square foot.

　　In 2018, to commemorate the 40th anniversary of China's reform and opening up, 15 exquisite works by Wang Baoliang, along with a portrait of Wang Baoliang on a US stamp, were distributed globally in four countries (the United States, France, the Netherlands, and Belgium). World superstar Jackie Chan, former CCTV hosts Zhao Zhongxiang and Ni Ping, film and television stars Tang Guoqiang and Jiang Kun, and famous calligrapher and painter He Jiaying also issued stamps together. The stamps were jointly produced by the United Nations World Intangible Cultural Heritage Foundation and the American Philatelic Group. In the same year, to commemorate the 54th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and France, 10 exquisite works by Wang Baoliang were released as collector's edition postage stamps.

　　In 2019, Wang Baoliang was awarded the honorary titleof "National Artist for Promoting Art and Promoting Virtue and Art"; In the same year, auspicious calligraphy and painting passed the expert appraisal of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Professional Committee of the World Culture and Art Research Center, with a market value of 26000-50000 yuan per square foot, and passed the ISQ9000A art system qualification certification.

　　In June 2019, to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, 12 exquisite works of Wang Baoliang were issued as stamps in China,including one portrait stamp of Wang Baoliang, which was specially approved by the State Post Administration for printing at the Beijing Stamp Printing Factory.

　　At the end of 2019, auspicious calligraphy and painting were included in the talent pool of calligraphy and painting artists.

　　In the spring of 2020, Wang Baoliang created a personal art website on Baidu; In the same year, we collaborated with Tibetan Art Network to establish a personal online art museum.

　　In June 2020, joined Beijing Jinghua Pavilion Art Mall andestablished an online platform for selling calligraphy and painting art works.

The event was held on September 29th at the Starry Avenue Studio of CCTV's Starlight Film and Television Park. At the meeting, Wang Baoliang was interviewed by CCTV, introducing the development process and prospects of auspicious calligraphy and painting, as well as his own artistic achievements andindustry evaluations; His four auspicious calligraphy and painting works have been included in the book'Collecting Chinese Style'.

　　In August 2020, Pan Zhenzhou, former Deputy Minister of Culture of the People's Republic of China and the first director of the National Museum, personally nominated the book "Chinese Artists" for an album of works by Wang Baoliang. The album includes more than 20 representative works and is distributed by Beijing Jinghua Ge Calligraphy and Painting Academy.In September 2020, to commemorate the 20th anniversary of Hong Kong's return, Wang Baoliang's works were issued as Hong Kong and Macau stamps in China.

　　In November 2020, Wang Baoliang's masterpiece"Chinese Dream" was collected by CCTV's Chinese Mother Spring Festival Gala and the Hebei Public Welfare and Rule of Law Volunteer Service Team; In thesame month, he was specially appointed as a consultant for the CCTV Chinese Mother Spring Festival Gala Hebei Public Welfare and Rule of Law Volunteer Service Team, and was awarded the Red Culture Communicator Medal.In June 2021, Wang Baoliang's works were included in the book "Focusing on Contemporary Chinese Artists",along with well-known domestic figures such as Fan Zeng and Su Shishu.
