　　在这样的时代坐标下，我们推出“2026 两会推荐艺术家”系列报道。入选的艺术家们，既是中华文化的基因解码者，也是时代精神的忠实记录者——他们中，有深耕非遗数十载、让传统技艺焕发新生的传承者，有用科技赋能创作、拓宽艺术边界的创新者，有扎根人民生活、让作品沾着露珠与草香的实践者，更有以艺术为桥、向世界讲述中国故事的传播者。他们以精湛技艺诠释文化自信，以赤诚之心回应时代召唤，用一件件兼具思想深度与艺术温度的作品，践行着“文以化人、文以铸魂”的使命担当。

　　本次报道将聚焦艺术家们的创作实践与时代思考，展现他们在守正创新中赓续文脉、在跨界融合中激活传统、在文明互鉴中传递价值的生动图景。让我们通过这些闪耀着理想光芒与艺术魅力的身影，感受中国文艺的蓬勃生机，凝聚文化强国建设的磅礴力量，共同见证中华文化在新时代绽放出更为璀璨的光彩。

   

　　钟世启，字思奇，江西寻乌人，早年曾在一所中学任教十几年，后为开拓艺术事业而居深圳从事艺术创作，经常参加中央电视台，人民日报，光明日报，中国文联，中国书协，中国美协等全国性的活动及世界艺术大展，大赛等活动。获得各项重奖近百次，并获中华人民共和国文化艺术政府奖“文华奖”及联合国国际文化艺术总署“最高艺术传承人物”，终身制百度书画收藏精英奖，十三届全国人大三次会议、全国政协一次会议，全国两会推荐 2020 当代艺术领军人物等诸多荣誉称号。

 

　　作品在国家美术馆、中国展览馆及韩国、日本、美国、加拿大、泰国等国展出。中央电视台及联合国问国会电视台、中华民族电视台、中国党建网进行一对一专访。部分作品由中华国礼出版社编入国礼大典，赠送各国元首、友人及驻华各国大使馆。作品《薛涛》由中国文化部收藏。中国文史出版社出版了跟中国书协孙晓云主席，中国美协范迪安主席的《红色印记.、艺术名家》三人集，跟中国书协孙晓云主席出版了《中国艺坛两大家》二人集，与沉鹏主席、范真、何家英主席，娄师白艺术大师等出版了合集。中国文联出版出版了靳尚谊，钟世启，李可良《艺术凤范》精品集，中国科学文献出版社出版了与沈鹏，何家英，王鹏明《中国书画范例》专集。中国美术文化出版社出版了钟世启，尤列维奇(饿)安德瓦.格林(美)《中俄美艺术大师三人行》专辑。迪拜国际大展由国家广电总局、人民美术出版社出版了与法国的莫奈，西班牙的毕加索专题台历等多部专集。

　　中国文化出版社出版了《大家名家》钟世启专辑，中国文联出版社出版了《国家艺术人物钟世启专刊》，荣宝斋出版社出版了《钟世启作品精选集》、中国企业家协会出版了《庆祝七十周年大阅兵一钟世启特刊》、及中国作家出版社、中国古籍出版社、中国文献出版社、香港、英国诸多出版社入编出版了百余部辞书，如《中国美术集》、《世界美术集》、《中国作家论谈》、《世界艺术通史》等。喜迎党的十九大期间，中央电视台到深圳对我进行了专访，并在中央电视台高清频道和其他网络进行了特别展播。中央电视台十八届中国世纪大彩风年度人物总结表彰大会暨 CCTV电视人物颁奖盛典，被评为“中国当代最具特色书画家”并出版了专题台历。7 月应人民日报社在北京拍摄“袭古创今”著名书画家专题纪录片，在电视台及各大网络播放。中央电视台庆祝中华二十周年世纪大采风评为中国书画风云人物。

　　现在致力研究、继承危于失传，濒于消亡的中国传统月份牌国画，为挽救这一世界的、民族的传统画种，舍去平常研创的其它绘画门类，定位这一冷门，将研究项目转向这一艰难的工程，用毕生精力使其沉睡了半个多世纪的艺术流派得以新生。在传承中创新，融合西画之风，创新传统艺术。目下专创月份牌国画中国历代才女图--昭君……蔡琰……宋庆龄……意在弘扬巾帼、放歌史实。

　　Zhong Shiqi, also known as Siqi, is from Xunwu,Jiangxi. He taught at a high school for more than tenyears in his early years and later settled in Shenzhen to engage in artistic creation in order to develop his artistic career. He often participates in national events such as CCTV, People's Daily, Guangming Daily, China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, China Book Association, and China Artists Association, as well as world art exhibitions and competitions. Has won nearly a hundred major awards, as well as the "Wenhua Award" from the Cultural and Art Government of the People's Republic of China and the "Highest Art Inheritance Figure" from the United Nations International Agency for Culture and Arts,the Lifetime Baidu Calligraphy and Painting Collection Elite Award, the Third Session of the 13th National People's Congress, the First Session of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and the 2020 Contemporary Art Leading Figure Recommended by the National People's Congress and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, among many other honorary titles.

　　The works are exhibited at the National Art Museum, China Exhibition Center, as well as in countries such as South Korea, Japan, the United States, Canada,and Thailand. CCTV, United Nations Congressional Television, China National Television, and China Party Building Network conducted one-on-one interviews. Some of the works were included in the National Gift Ceremony by China National Gift Publishing House and presented to heads of state, friends, and embassies of various countries in China. The work 'Xue Tao' is collected by the Chinese Ministry of Culture. China Literature and History Publishing House has published a three person collection of "Red Mark and Art Masters" with Chairman Sun Xiaoyun of the China Book Association and Chairman Fan Di'an of the China Artists Association. They have also published a two person collection of "Two Great Masters in the Chinese Art World" with Chairman Sun Xiaoyun of the China Book Association. They have also published collections with Chairman Chen Peng, Chairman Fan Zhen, Chairman He Jiaying, and Master Lou Shibai. The China Federation of Literary and Art Circles has published the exquisite collection "Artistic Phoenix Fan" by Jin Shangyi, Zhong Shiqi, and Li Keliang, and the China Scientific Literature Publishing House has published a special collection"Examples of Chinese Painting and Calligraphy" with Shen Peng, He Jiaying, and Wang Pengming. China Art and Culture Publishing House has published Zhong Shiqi,Yulevich (hungry) Andwa Green's (USA) album "Trio of Chinese, Russian, and American Art Masters". The Dubai International Exhibition has been published by the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television and the People's Fine Arts Publishing House, featuring multiple special collections such as Monet from France and Picasso from Spain.

　　China Culture Publishing House has published the album "Famous Masters" by Zhong Shiqi, China Federation of Literary and Art Circles Publishing House has published the special issue "National Art Figure Zhong Shiqi", Rongbaozhai Publishing House has published the "Selected Works of Zhong Shiqi", China Entrepreneur Association has published the special issue"Celebrating the 70th Anniversary of the Great Reading of Soldiers by Zhong Shiqi", and China Writers Publishing House, China Ancient Books Publishing House, China Literature Publishing House, Hong Kong, and many other publishing houses have compiled and published over ahundred dictionaries, such as "Chinese Art Collection","World Art Collection","Chinese Writers' Discussions","General History of World Art", etc. During the celebration of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, CCTV conducted an exclusive interview with me in Shenzhen and specially broadcasted it on CCTV's high-definition channel and other networks. At the 18th China Century Colorful Style Annual Character Summary and Commendation Conference of CCTV and CCTV Television Character Awards Ceremony, he was awarded the title of "China's Most Distinctive Contemporary Calligrapher and Painter" and published a special calendar. In July, the People's Daily filmed a special documentary on famous calligraphers and painters titled "Inheriting the Past and Creating the Present" in Beijing, which was broadcasted on television and major networks. CCTV celebrates the 20th anniversary of China and has been awarded the title of Chinese calligraphy and painting figure of the century.

　　We are now committed to researching and inheriting the endangered traditional Chinese calendar painting, which is on the brink of extinction. In order to save this world and national traditional painting genre,we have set aside other painting genres that we usually research and create, positioned ourselves as a niche,and turned our research project to this difficult project. We have devoted our lifelong efforts to revive the art genre that has been dormant for more than half a century. Innovate in inheritance, integrate the style of Western painting, and innovate traditional art. I specialize in creating monthly calendar posters and traditional Chinese paintings of talented women throughout history - Zhao Jun... Cai Yan... Song Qingling... with the aim of promoting the historical facts of women's talents and singing.
