春潮涌动处，文脉续新时。2026 年全国两会的大幕即将拉开，文化强国建设始终是会场内外的核心议题与时代强音。从“景德镇手工瓷业遗存”申遗的文化坚守，到《黑神话：悟空》“数字+文旅”的创新破圈;从粤剧与现代科技的跨界融合，到雕塑艺术架起的国际文明桥梁，新时代的中国文艺正以多元姿态，书写着传统与现代的交响、民族与世界的对话。

　　在这样的时代坐标下，我们推出“2026 两会推荐艺术家”系列报道。入选的艺术家们，既是中华文化的基因解码者，也是时代精神的忠实记录者——他们中，有深耕非遗数十载、让传统技艺焕发新生的传承者，有用科技赋能创作、拓宽艺术边界的创新者，有扎根人民生活、让作品沾着露珠与草香的实践者，更有以艺术为桥、向世界讲述中国故事的传播者。他们以精湛技艺诠释文化自信，以赤诚之心回应时代召唤，用一件件兼具思想深度与艺术温度的作品，践行着“文以化人、文以铸魂”的使命担当。

　　本次报道将聚焦艺术家们的创作实践与时代思考，展现他们在守正创新中赓续文脉、在跨界融合中激活传统、在文明互鉴中传递价值的生动图景。让我们通过这些闪耀着理想光芒与艺术魅力的身影，感受中国文艺的蓬勃生机，凝聚文化强国建设的磅礴力量，共同见证中华文化在新时代绽放出更为璀璨的光彩。

   

　　毛学校，字敬之，号清斋主人，山东东营市人。系中国书法家协会、中华诗词学会、中国楹联协会会员，国家一级艺术大师，中国书画艺术指导委员会委员，国家智库专家，央媒文化组委会艺术顾问，清华大学美术学院客座教授，英国剑桥艺术学院研究生导师，香港书法家协会副主席、荣誉主席，北京世纪名人国际书画院院士，北京京华阁书画院副院长，山东滨州市书协顾问，黄河三角洲书画院常务副院长，山东曲阜鸿儒书画院常务副院长，有诗集《清河集》《清斋诗墨》、书法有《一代大家》毛学校专刊、《一带一路书法名家毛学校》、《建党百年毛学校书法专刋》、《世界艺术鉴赏》中国风毛学校专刋、2022 奉献全国两会的《人民艺术代表》专刋，《二十大专刋》，《书画収藏品鉴》，国际福布斯、北京荣宝斋，故宫博物院出版社等编辑出版《毛学校书法艺朮》等 80 余种作品集。

　　2019 年，中国书协授于"德艺双馨艺术家“，2020年 9 月经文旅部、外交部批准发行《一带一路 国家名片 新时代艺术大师 毛学校 黄永玉 靳尚谊》书画集，在一带一路国家发行。11 月，毛学校的两幅书法作品被耶鲁大学英国艺术中心收藏。中国书画职称评定中心等单位授于《人民艺术家》等称号。2021年 6 月，香港书协主办的《第十三届“京津冀走廊上的明珠"全国书画大赛》中荣获书法“第一名”。2022年 3 月《人民代表报》《中宣时代报》发表毛学校多幅书法作品。2023 年 4 月两幅参加北京荣宝斋艺术館全国名家邀请展，20 幅书法作品参加《水墨巨匠》艺术研究院揭牌议式暨全国书画名家邀请展。6 月，中国书法"兰亭奖"评委会授于巜兰亭奖终身成就奖》，中国文联授于《中国书画终身成就奖》。中国文旅部授于“国家文艺泰斗丰碑奖”。9 月，河北出版社编辑出版毛学校《高䓁艺术院校书法教学范夲》第二辑。2025 年一月，由香港世界文化艺求出版社出版《世界髙䓁艺术院校名师教学案例<毛学校人物卷>》。四月，中国文联䓁单位授于毛学校《当代书画界新领軍人物》奖牌。

　　毛学校先生在诗词创作上也深有造诣，2008 年，入选《第二届华夏诗词奖作品集》。2010 年诗词 14首入选《齐鲁百年诗词选》。2016 年诗词 20 首入选中华诗词学会主编的《集成》山东卷。2025 年 3 月，诗词入选线装书局出版的《齐鲁诗词精品集》。

　　经过多年的辛勤耕耘，毛学校先生成为国内外知名的艺术大家。欧阳中石先生曾为其书写并特赠《中国艺术大家》牌匾。

　　Mao School, also known as Jingzhi and Qingzhaizhu,is from Dongying City, Shandong Province. He is a member of the Chinese Calligrapher's Association, the Chinese Poetry Society, and the Chinese Couplet Association, a national first-class art master, a member of the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Art Steering Committee, a national think tank expert, an art consultant of the Central Media Culture Organization Committee, a visiting professor of the Academy of Fine Arts of Tsinghua University, a postgraduate tutor of the Cambridge School of Arts, the vice chairman and honorary chairman of the Hong Kong Calligrapher's Association, an academician of the Beijing Century Celebrity International Calligraphy and Painting Academy,a vice-president of the Beijing Jinghua Pavilion Calligraphy and Painting Academy, a consultant of the Shandong Binzhou Calligrapher's Association, a standing vice-president of the Yellow River Delta Calligraphy and Painting Academy, a standing vice-president of the Shandong Qufu Hongru Calligraphy and Painting Academy, with poetry collections Qinghe Collection,Qingzhai Poetry and Ink, and calligraphy collections ofThe special issue of Mao School, the famous calligrapher Mao School of the Belt and Road Initiative, the special issue of calligraphy of Mao School in the centennial of the founding of the Party, the special issue of World Art Appreciation of China Fengmao School In 2022, more than 80 collections of works, including "People's Art Representatives","20th National Congress","Calligraphy and Painting Collection Tasting","Mao School Calligraphy Art" edited and published by Forbes International, Beijing Rongbaozhai, Palace Museum Press, etc., will be dedicated to the National People's Congress and Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

　　In 2019, the Chinese Calligrapher's Association was awarded the title of "Artist of Virtue and Skill". In September 2020, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs approved the release of the collection of Huang Yongyu and Jin Shangyi, the national card of the the Belt and Road, the new era master of art of Mao School, and issued it in the the Belt and Road countries. In November, two calligraphic works of Mao School were collected by the British Art Centerof Yale University. The Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Title Assessment Center and other units were awarded the title of "People's Artist". In June 2021, the Hong Kong Calligrapher's Association won the "first place" in calligraphy in the 13th "Pearl on the Beijing Tianjin Hebei Corridor" National Calligraphy and Painting Competition. In March 2022, the "The People's Representative Daily and the Central Propaganda Times published many calligraphy works of Mao School. In April 2023, two of them were exhibited at the National Famous Artists Invitational Exhibition of Beijing Rongbaozhai Art Museum, and 20 calligraphy works were exhibited in the" Master of Ink Painting " The unveiling ceremony of the Art Research Institute and the invitation exhibition of national calligraphy and painting masters. In June, the judging panel of the "Lanting Award" for Chinese calligraphy awarded the "Lifetime Achievement Award of the Lanting Award", and the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles awarded the "Lifetime Achievement Award of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting". The Chinese Ministry of Culture and Tourism awarded the "National Literary and Artistic Master Monument Award". InSeptember, Hebei Publishing House edited and published the second volume of Mao School's"Calligraphy Teaching Standards for High School Art Schools". In January 2025, the World Culture and Art Seeking Publishing House in Hong Kong published"Teaching Cases of Famous Teachers in World High School Art Institutions".In April, the Chinese Federation of Literary and Art Circles awarded the Mao School a medal for "New Leading Figures in Contemporary Calligraphy and Painting".

　　Mr. Mao Xiaoxue is also highly accomplished in poetry creation. In 2008, he was selected for the"Collection of Works for the Second Huaxia Poetry Award". In 2010, 14 poems were selected for the "Qilu Centennial Poetry Selection". In 2016, 20 poems were selected for the Shandong volume of "Integration"edited by the Chinese Poetry Society. In March 2025, the poetry was selected for the "Qilu Poetry Collection"published by the Thread Packaging Book Company.

　　After years of hard work, Mr. Mao Xiaoxue has become a well-known artist both domestically andinternationally. Mr. Ouyang Zhongshi once wrote and presented him with a plaque titled 'Chinese Art Masters'.

   

　　书翰墨而立勋猷 作正典以为节操

　　以古为师，承古继今，可以说是每一位书法艺术家都离不开的创作正道!今毛学校先生作为当下书坛内的一名实力派书法大家，其书法造诣自然也是有深谙于此道。翰墨可以博观约取，是为借古开今而不拘泥，集众家所长而化为己用，得其神骨，勿徒貌似。取法乎上，斯为大成!一幅幅作品，可见行草章法之纵意奇绝，横幅竖幅，可自撰诗联佳句以抒性情之畅怀，更可挥毫古人诗词以彰学养之积淀。魏碑、隶体，则又能以碑法之根为基石，取遒健笔势而立大家风范，题写之时，书风正典，古拙之意，更为不凡!

　　正所谓，气有清浊厚薄，格有高低雅俗。今观毛学校先生的众幅行草书书作品，亦是可深感其文人雅气的极致体现!作中行草，自以帖学取法为本源，作中兼顾于张旭、怀素之余韵，于索靖之章草风骨，亦是可见自我参悟。故而书中用笔，皆是能在笔势酣畅中见得意态无穷，笔纤而力透纸背，墨浓而重心平稳。如此行笔腾挪所到之处，无不是笔锋使转自如，字势洒脱灵动也!无一丝粘滞，更无一丝浮滑，恰是点画如陆断犀象，横折如劲弩筋节，每为一字，章法得当，观赏之余，神清气爽!

 

　　于楷法作品中，毛学校先生则又是能深得碑学文化的涵养积淀，像颜筋柳骨、礼器、始平公造像记等等诸碑，可谓皆是能从其作中循以其势!所以对观赏者来说，欣赏毛学校先生的楷法书作，也是并不会感受独一家亦或是某家某碑的复刻之意，取而代之的，则是一种能够充分糅合诸家碑法的书风体现，正如清人梁谳于《学书论》一书中所言，是谓继采诸美，变动弗拘。斯为不掩性情，自辟门经!书中楷体，笔墨饱满以至线条厚实，时如硬刀刻石般尽显刚健，时如壮士拔剑般体象卓然，转折方勒气势浑穆，结体取势血肉丰美，由此诚是有将整幅楷法书于雄峻也!作于匾额，自然可见浩然之正气，书于竖幅，更是可见工整之严谨，一点成一字之规，一字乃终篇之准，楷法无欺，有目共睹!

 

　　书翰墨而立勋猷，作正典以为节操。当下书坛内，虽执笔书写者众多，然真正能够像毛学校先生这般可于作中彰显传统价值和文人精神的学养型书家，却仍是少之又少!提笔书法，从不媚于匠俗，更不流于时风，而是一直能以承古继今的文化使命为担当，作翰墨臻品，立文人风范，心正笔正，绝虑凝神!并且这种极具典范性的个人书法作品和造诣，也必将会为世人带来更加明确的创作导向和价值贡献，品节即优，光明正大，书以载道，彪炳艺坛!
