　　在这样的时代坐标下，我们推出“2026两会推荐艺术家”系列报道。入选的艺术家们，既是中华文化的基因解码者，也是时代精神的忠实记录者——他们中，有深耕非遗数十载、让传统技艺焕发新生的传承者，有用科技赋能创作、拓宽艺术边界的创新者，有扎根人民生活、让作品沾着露珠与草香的实践者，更有以艺术为桥、向世界讲述中国故事的传播者。他们以精湛技艺诠释文化自信，以赤诚之心回应时代召唤，用一件件兼具思想深度与艺术温度的作品，践行着“文以化人、文以铸魂”的使命担当。

　　李一浩，字淼茫，号墨龙，洗心斋主人。1964 年生于河南洛阳，著名书法家、诗人，中国国礼艺术家、中国瓶笔发明人、瓶书艺术创始人、流动书法艺术创始人，现为国家一级书法师，一级美术师、东方艺术天地艺术顾问、中国书法家协会会员、中国硬笔书法家协会理事、高级书法师、毛笔书法瓶书书法均被中国书院评为十级最高级段位。92 年参加全国首届书法干部创作研讨班，先后受教于中国书协主席张海，《中国书法》杂志主编刘正成，文化部 .中国艺术研究院王鲁豫，中国书法评定委员会主任孙伯翔，中国书法教育委员会主任张荣庆，中国书法理论家齐冲天、周俊杰，《青少年书法》主编王朝宾以及著名书法家陈天然、李强、王澄、李刚田等众多书法大家。2013 年瓶笔发明接受日本韩国前来专访。2019年6月受邀作为″中日文化交流使者到日本参访，并参加″日中文化交流书画名家展″。瓶笔书法受到上海东方卫视、香港卫视，香港文港报，中国新闻网，河南电视台报导，湖北电视台录制节目。1989 年以来，他 30 多次参加全国书法大展赛，曾获全国第四届、第五届写字大賽一等奖、指导奖，组织奖等奖项 11 个作品被国际政要、友人和国内收藏家及艺术馆收藏，入编《中国现代墨宝集萃》、《中国书法家大字典》等十余部大型典集。“中国新闻网”酷六网曾 3次关注并拍专题片，《书法报》、《中国硬笔》等几十种网络、报刊作过多次专题报道。

 

　　Li Yihao, also known as Miaomang and Molong, is the owner of Xixinzhai. Born in Luoyang, Henan in 1964, he is a famous calligrapher, poet, Chinese national ritual artist, inventor of Chinese bottle pen, founder of bottle calligraphy art, and founder of mobile calligraphy art. He is currently a national first-class calligrapher, first-class artist, consultant of Oriental Art World Art, member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, director of the Chinese Hard Pen Calligraphers Association, senior calligrapher, and brush calligraphy bottle calligraphy, all of which have been rated as the highest level of ten by Chinese academies. In 1992, he participated in the first national calligraphy cadre creation seminar and received education from Zhang Hai, the chairman of the Chinese Calligraphy Association, Liu Zhengcheng, the editor in chief of the Chinese Calligraphy magazine, and the Ministry of Culture Wang Luyu from the China Academy of Art, Sun Boxiang, Director of the Chinese Calligraphy Evaluation Committee, Zhang Rongqing, Director of the Chinese Calligraphy Education Committee, Chinese calligraphy theorists Qi Chongtian and Zhou Junjie, Wang Chaobin, Editor in Chief of "Youth Calligraphy", and many famous calligraphers such as Chen Tianran, Li Qiang, Wang Cheng, and Li Gangtian. In 2013, the invention of the bottle pen was interviewed by Japan and South Korea. In June 2019, I was invited to visit Japan as a "Sino Japanese Cultural Exchange Ambassador" and participated in the "Japan China Cultural Exchange Calligraphy and Painting Masters Exhibition". Bottle pen calligraphy has been reported by Shanghai Oriental TV, Hong Kong TV, Hong Kong Wen Kong Daily, China News Network, Henan TV, and recorded on Hubei TV. Since 1989, he has participated in more than 30 national calligraphy exhibitions and has won awards such as first prize, guidance prize, and organization prize in the 4th and 5th National Calligraphy Competition. His 11 works have been collected by international politicians, friends, domestic collectors, and art museums, and have been included in more than ten large-scale collections such as "Collection of Modern Chinese Ink Treasures" and "Dictionary of Chinese Calligraphers".
